Kids Never Stop the Social Flow


Parents of millennials did not regulate the social media craze their teens were involved in. The social media flow was an around the clock system that never slept. Teens would be awake until the wee hours of the morning, when most people sleep to reset their body clocks, and they would be involved in social drama all night long. By the time they arrived at school, their minds were shut down and unable to comprehend anything other than the need for a nap. Nodding off in the classroom led to drinking energy drinks. Without giving the brain cells time to rest and recuperate, the brain cannot absorb new information. This bad combination has led to the millennials being the dumbest generation.

The body needs sleep for survival. Lack of sleep can be fatal. Narcolepsy, sleep apnea, insomnia, and restless legs syndrome also interfere with sleep patterns for teens. If a body does not rest, a person is not able to focus on learning tasks. They suffer from concentration problems, and it also leads to inappropriate aggressive behavior.
